Distinguishing Features

Ward 13 is located in the southwest corner of Minneapolis and includes 7 residential neighborhoods: Armatage, East Harriet/Farmstead , Fulton, Kenny, Linden Hills, Lynnhurst and West Calhoun. The neighborhoods are a vibrant mix of singles, families with children, and seniors in rental and owner-occupied homes.

Residents are active around local parks and schools as well as through their neighborhood associations.
