38th Street Station Area Plan
March 5, 2007 This document is the City’s vision for the future of the 38th Street LRT station area. It is the culmination of extensive community involvement as well as staff and consultant work. It identifies locations, priorities and guidelines for redevelopment, including the grain mills along Hiawatha Avenue. This small area plan serves as a guide for Planning Commission review, zoning changes, capital investment, and housing and commercial redevelopment activities in this part of the city.
