Vacant Lot Information
CPED has an inventory of vacant lots – intended for housing – for sale in the city. Available lots are published in the Vacant Lot List, which outlines the property address, lot dimensions, current zoning, CPED contact information, and selling price. It can be viewed in two formats:

The sale of properties to prospective buyers is contingent on design criteria and is subject to the approval of the City Council. Prices are determined by appraisals and are not negotiable. They City has the right to refuse any and all proposals received.

Procedures for Buying a Residential Structure
Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) is acquiring additional vacant buildings and plans to market them in October or November 2015. CPED is currently updating its program manual and forms to improve customer experience with the program.
