We explain how to use and update your eSupplier account.

Keep your account up to date

Make sure your profiles, categories and users are current so we always know how to contact you.

Account profiles

If you are a bidder or payee

  • Click on the My Bidder/Payee Profile tile.
  • Make your changes.
  • Save your changes.

If you are a supplier

  • Click on the Review/Change Supplier Account tile.
  • Review and update your:
    • Company profile
    • Addresses
    • Contacts
  • Submit your changes for our review.

 

Services and goods categories

The City puts services and goods into categories. Here are a few examples.

  • Professional and Technical Services
  • Construction Services
  • Maintenance Services
  • Goods and Supplies
  • Items for rent

To update your categories

  • Click on the Add/Update Categories tile
  • Select the categories that pertain to you

Account users

Make sure you have the right people from your business using your account to:

  • Submit proposals
  • Manage purchase orders and accounts payable
  • Review contracts and payment history

To update your users

  • Click on the Add Additional or Manage Users tile.
  • Use the Find an Existing Value tab to review existing users.
  • Use the Add a New Value tab to add new users.
