Business, Housing & Zoning Committee

This committee oversees all matters related to economic development; land use, development, and zoning; housing policy; employment & training programs; and business licensing.

This committee has six members.

This committee also serves as the Minneapolis Community Development Agency (MCDA) Operating Committee. The MCDA is a body that encourages private investment and reinvestment within the city and encourages redevelopment.
