History
We launched Step Up 2003 as a solution to workforce shortages and equity gaps.
Today we:
- Work with partners in 15 industries and multiple sectors
- Recruit, train and place nearly 1,500 young people (ages 14-21) in paid internships at more than 100 employers each year
- Connect more young people to jobs and career possibilities in our city than any other program
