To request a new street light

You can request a new street light for safety. Traffic & Parking Services will decide if a new light is needed. 

• You must provide an email address.
• We'll email you with a case number and expected completion date.

The following must approve the new street:

• A traffic engineer
• City Council
• Affected neighbors

The location must also meet the requirements of City Ordinance.

Xcel Energy maintains these lights. If you notice a problem with a street light on a wooden pole, report it to Xcel Energy or call 1-800-960-6235.
