- Sidewalk Inspections Office – Team for inspecting and repairing city sidewalks
- Safe Routes to School – Public Works program to improve pedestrian safety around Minneapolis schools
- Pedestrian Advisory Committee – Made up of 15 community members, staff from City departments and partner agencies, this committee advises the Mayor and City Council on pedestrian issues
