When you fill out the form, please provide the following information: 

• Your name and contact information
• The street address of the litter container or the location where you'd like one placed
• If you wish to receive container liners
• Whether you prefer to empty the container or add the cost for the City to empty it to your utility bill

By participating in this program, you agree to the requirements detailed on the Adopt-A-Litter Container page.
