Alley storm drains are some of the oldest pipes in the city's system, and they need to be repaired.
Replacing the existing pipes will prevent failure and future drainage issues. We also replace the alley surfaces affected by this work.
There are no alleys currently programmed for 2022.
If you have concerns on the condition of your alley drain, please contact the project engineer so it can be evaluated and prioritized for replacement.
Traffic impacts
Alleys in progress will be closed to traffic, but you'll be allowed to access your garage if needed. Please give the crew enough time to provide access.
