We are required to award the contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
Bidders should:
- Review the posted specification.
- Submit a bid that meets the need at the lowest cost to the City.
American Rescue Plan Act contracts
Some City contracts are funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grants. There are special guidelines for awarding contracts paid for with these funds.
For professional services contracts
We are required to award the contract to the business that submits the best proposal, regardless of price.
Bidders should:
- Review our Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Submit a proposal that effectively responds to the requested service needs.
