The City will reconstruct 0.5 miles of roadway along 18th Ave. NE. from Johnson St. to Stinson Blvd.
Project overview
The City will reconstruct the entire right-of-way on 18th Ave. NE.
Upgrades will include:
- New signs and pavement markings
- New sidewalks
- Pedestrian ramps that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Bicycle accommodations
- Pavement, curb, and gutter improvements
- Utility improvements
Traffic impacts
18th Ave. NE. was substantially completed in October 2020, and is now open to traffic.
