Parking

  • You must park vehicles in a garage or on a hard-surfaced driveway.
  • You cannot park vehicles in yards or on unpaved surfaces.

Number of vehicles

We do not allow more than two vehicles per dwelling unit to be parked outdoors on a property. We may tow excess vehicles.

Nuisance vehicles

The City does not allow inoperable or junk vehicles to be parked outdoors on a property. These include vehicles with:

  • Missing wheels or engines
  • Broken windows
  • Out-of-date registrations

Nuisance vehicles are subject to administrative citations. We place a yellow sticker on inoperable vehicles.
