Community Action Partnership
Hennepin County has a program to help people catch up on their bills. The Community Action Partnership program has many types of grants and resources available, including:
- Energy assistance
- Water assistance
- Vehicle repair
- Homebuyer services
- Renter assistance
- Homeless services
